The Scots carry a 3-3 record into the first week of conference play, riding on strong performances from first-year players. Goalkeeper Jay Gallipo ‘20, a CCC Defensive Player of the Week, has allowed just 35 goals in 6 games. Some of the more experienced players, meanwhile, have powered the offense: Nick Palandjian ‘18 leads the CCC in goals with 19. Curry and WNE are up next for the men.

Women’s Lacrosse

Olivia McCarrick ‘19 paces all conference players with 27 goals, along with a team-leading 14 assists. The team gathered an impressive close win over Lasell on March 21 to move to 4-3 and gain momentum heading into important conference games. The defense will need to lock it down, having allowed at least 11 goals in each of the last three games.

The Scots will need depth, however, as the schedule features more double-headers.
