On October 4, 2024, in the AJ Memorial Chapel, Gordon Lacrosse athlete and 2009 alum Annie Zgrablich was inducted into Gordon’s Hall of Fame. This took place prior to the Gordon College versus Roger Williams men’s soccer game during this past homecoming weekend, celebrating her tremendous contributions to the women’s lacrosse program here at Gordon College.
Zgrablich, who holds the all-time assists record for the program, ranked fourth in career points, will surely go down in history as one of the best female athletes at Gordon College. The talented Zgrablich was also selected to the All-Conference First Team for both 2007 and 2008.
Among all the high-point getters in the competitive league in 2007, Zgrablich was able to lead the league in assists per game during the season. Her great performances made her earn a second-team selection by the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association for both years (2007 and 2008).
Her efforts, hard work, and determination culminated in 2008 when she was selected as the Gordon College Female Athlete of the Year, a true testament to all her talent and commitment on and off the field. Her recent induction cements her place in Gordon College athletic history and her legacy for the Women’s Lacrosse team.
